If there would be a zero stars, I’d rate that. The most absolutely useless GP practice I have ever come across! 8 months with them, I could never get through to speak to a sensible person on the phone. Always had to drive there only to be turned around for various reasons. Systems don’t work, phone always busy, reception staff talk to you like they are your superior!! Absolutely the last thing one needs when they need care!!!

The Doctors here are great however the reception staff are the downfall of this surgery. They are rude and arrogant with zero people skills. I have received better customer service at McDonalds. Get people who care and enjoy the job. Normally takes between 40-55 call attempts to get through also. Disgraceful.

Hi iam leaving a Review always av found all staff at snodland Dentis very pleasant to talk 2 over phone very helpful I live in maidstone so do drive for 15 to 20 minute to get there as this dentist as made me fill very CALMING as I didant like the dentist b4 meeting my dentist Martina she is very dedicated to her job THANKYOU ALL Ms Angela Higson
