The old ways and old practices aren’t working anymore. We can’t train or buy our way out of the “new normal.” Sales orgs must get “woke” to the way their customers want to work with them and they need to “change.” How? I believe that this best accomplished by consulting, coaching and leading sales teams that embraces a buyer-centric sales process that focuses on Customer Experience throughout the entire buyer-seller relationship life-cycle. So that’s what I do.
