I had to replace my phone, so I went to the TMobile location on Ave D in Snohomish wa. The phone I wanted was not in stock. Fernando ordered it for me, to be delivered to my home. He called the next day to check on my order. He also told me to bring it in and they would help me set it up. I dropped by the store after receiving it. Thomas and Thomas were working. One of them helped me with my phone. Both were very very kind and personable. All three had excellent customer service skills!

They do not accommodate returning customers. We were snowed in, a day late on returning a couple of phone cases and they would not refund us. No exceptions.

First I would like everyone to know this store is not a T-Mobile store although they appear to be. As such I don't believe that they represent T-Mobile correctly. It Is a company called Mobile one. Sadly I did not realize this was a mobile one store when I went in to the store. As I had a similar problem at another one of there locations. Mobile one has a culture of push and deceive for sales. First problem was I was told a phone was free and not to mind what the paperwork said. (Yes my fault for believing them) I signed the paperwork so my fault. It stinks but I am an adult and should know better. Second problem was I was told they created a rebate for me and to qualify for the rebate I had to buy 200 worth of accessories. Complete and total lie this rebate is offered by t-mobile to give to friends and family as an incentive to change from another company. I was porting a number over from Sprint so I did not qualify for that. Again I am an adult I fell for it. I have been a T-Mobile customer since the company was called voice stream I do not believe that this company correctly represents tmobile I am only out a few hundred dollars but it makes me sick that I fell for it. Hopefully my review will help someone else not have there hard earned money taken from them.
