We received outstanding service from Rubal who patiently spent about an hour walking my 75 year old mother through the process of acquiring her first smart phone and then literally setting up the phone and customizing it for her. He clearly loves his job and I would recommend him specifically to those with older parents/grandparents who might be taking the big step into the world of smart phones. Was trying to find this place but drove right past it I guess and couldn't find it very hard location to find but I guess it's on Seattle Hill road and 134th Street which is also 132nd which is also 128th and which is also cathcart.
