I wish I could post a video and pictures on this website of the awful MESS this guy created in my life! Stay clear, because he will end up costing you more money later! Fence completed in Aug 2020 Fence collapse 12/2020!! Demo- he dumped materials on city property and almost had me fined, but lucky for me the city worker was kind and hauled away without reporting me! I now have to hire someone else to fix the MESS that his cheap laborers created. His contractors license should be revoked. Shameful!

BEWARE! I had the worst experience ever with this contractor! The contractor's scope of work was to do a cosmetic upgrade for a three bedroom home in Kirkland to be done in one week. After missing the deadline (by three weeks) the work was still not completed. In addition to not completing the work, the general contractor assigned had no permits pulled. The contractor constantly lied about the completion and it was discovered after payment that additional work needed to be done. Promises were made to come back and finish but that never happened. I ended up having to have another contractor come in to complete the work needed. The work that was completed by Walker Construction was sloppy at best.
He came out to give us an estimate for foundation work and cosmetic repairs. After two weeks of hassling him for the estimate he finally told us his guys did not want to do any foundation work at all. I still wanted an estimate for the cosmetic updates to our home and after 4 phone calls and emails of him saying he would call me back in an hour he just ghosted is. I have no idea what this guys deal was but he was very unprofessional. I would not recommend this company.
This guy is a complete shame! He will scam you! Lie to you! Cheat you! He knows nothing about Carpentry! Neither does his workers! The workers are meth and dope heads. And he scams the ppl that work for him. This is one black guy that his own ppl(Black Ppl) Dis- Own. He still owes me for work I have done that his own works messed up on that I fixed. And that little Caucasian lady( whom says it is complicated to say Who I Am to Rodney) is a spawn of Satan! Plz, do not have him do Anything for you!
He did poor work and is a dirty disgusting man. He is banned from any and all of my properties. Very difficult and sketchy to deal with.
