Same experience as the previous reviews. We told them we were outside for curbside pick up since they’re closed inside. They said it would be a minute. 30 minutes later and we had to remind them. We were then handed a box with foil. Cookies were cold like they were thawing out from the freezer and they didn’t have the time to even warm them in the microwave. They tasted disgusting. Plus no apology for us waiting 30 mins. Also, we parked in the side parking lot and we were able to see employees just sit around. Don’t waste your time and skip this place.

Excellent Cookies, great staff. They made me a basket for my brothers bday.
I got a basket for Christmas and was sorely disappointed. The cookies taste like store bought (the ones from the shelves), too sweet and hard. Tollhouse baked cookies taste better. I thought Snookies were supposed to be one of the best. I can’t recommend them to anyone.
I got the most beautiful gift here ever!! The cookies are also amazing
This is my favorite place for cookie baskets, our company loves them! The best part of the multi cookies basket are the brownies.
