They kept missing the appointments. No prior notification of the delay. Gave it a 3rd change. Nope. I ended up cancelling it. Their response was funny. Being late for some reason is understandable, it happens but the way they handled the situation was unpleasant. Poor business mind.
I gave a lot of slack for the snow situation our area was having. We started talking on Saturday. I was told they would have someone at my site on Saturday, then when I followed up it was on Sunday, and then it was Monday morning. I had to cancel a full day of work for 300 people. Monday morning the team showed up for 45 minutes and then left. I was told they would be back before 3 pm. 3 pm came and went. I finally had to beg another vendor to come and bail me out so I could open my doors on Tuesday. I was then charged nearly 1000 for 45 minutes of work. I brought this to the attention of the owner and was told it would be fixed. I was told on Feb 11th I would be credited back money. It's now March 6th and nothing has changed. I personally will never do business with this outfit, or it's sister companies (there's a few of them) again. Edit: I am not mistaken who I made the review about. Also...look at the two 5 star reviews. They also happened to only review another business with the exact same address. This just shows what kind of business this is. Stay away
Excellent service! They came out in the middle of the night and my entire shopping plaza was spotless by in the morning.
Called to get on their list for snow plowing on Thursday Feb. 6th. They responded that they would add us to their list. When I asked for pricing, I was suddenly told they couldn't help us.... now we're left in a lurch with no one to plow our community. Terrible business practice. Nothing good to say....
