Purchased my vehicle from Partridge in Chandlers Ford, everything was great until I'd taken delivery, after that they didn't want to know! In contrast, nothing was too much trouble for Snows in Portsmouth - their staff (in particular Faye in Service) were fantastic. Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly - exactly what you would want and expect, so my Mini will not be going anywhere else from now on!

I'm very impressed with the whole experience of having a service carried out at Snows, Portsmouth. Calling to book a service was easy as was arranging a courtesy car. I had texts and a call to remind me of the booking and felt really looked after by Lorraine when I brought my car in on the day. On top of that I was kept up to date with an emailed health check to show me what was required/not required and I was given the option to go ahead or wait.This was backed up with a video showing me the underneath my car and talking me through the check. All the paperwork was explained to me on collection. A very professional, knowledgable and friendly team. Thank you
Just bought my new Mini from Snows Portsmouth. Dealt with Sammie for the sale, great service, no hassle. Friendly and professional service, would definitely use Snows again in the future , hopefully Sammie will still be there to deal with future sales.
