Jose A. represented your company well. I did appreciate his customer service, a very pleasant professional. He was thorough in diagnosing my appliance issues and addressing my questions and concerns. I was pleased by the consideration shown by arriving with a mask on and the yellow booties. I will definitely use the company again if the need arises and recommend to others. Calling in and scheduling my appointment as a first-time customer was a good experience as well, although I'm sorry I have forgotten the name of the very nice lady who took my call. I do like supporting good local businesses!

Had a conversion done and love the new refrigerated ac. The install was done in a day but realized maybe they should have taken at least 2 days. I'm giving them only 3 stars because the sales rep made statements that were not accurate. I was informed the old venting system would be removed going out the attic and it was not. They only cut into it and capped it inside and put another cap on the roof (which looks terrible). Some of the old venting system wasn't replaced so it is not getting much air to the bathroom or kitchen. Once the sale is done it is impossible to get the sales rep or anyone to reply back about fixing any issues. I recommend checking everything before the installers leave. Update: The installers came back almost a month after the post to remove the duct work inside the attic.

It was very easy to schedule an appointment online through their website. As it turned out, I actually worked with two separate repairmen, as the first one who came out to diagnose my refrigerator issue initially was unavailable for the follow up appointment and the repair work. Both of the people that came to my house were courteous, prompt, efficient and very knowledgeable. Julian R completed the repair quickly and did a great job. I also spoke with the scheduler about the change in the repairman that would be doing the work, and she was very courteous and pleasant as well. I would recommend this company.

Excellent customer service beginning with my phone call to the office. Juan was helpful and so pleasant. He scheduled my service right away. The service technicians were on time and quickly diagnosed the issues with my refrigerator and ice maker. Parts were ordered and installation happened just a few days later. Jose was efficient and knowledgeable and showed me some maintenance tips to keep my fridge running efficiently. I will call SoBellas whenever I have appliance issues!
