Awful...had experience of these unemployable academics.... They really need to think about what they are saying and to whom
Absolutely diabolical, no help at all, only interested in tearing people down.. I worry for families with small children who have no choice in using this service.

I Dont feel my families case has been dealt with correctly. Infact my expartner was basically told he's a bad dad etc etc. DO NOT judge. He is a fantastic dad, he dotes on his daughters, they are his world. I need information to make a complaint of how this has been handled, as it was something and nothing that blew up out of proportion. I was told one thing, he was told another, because apparently the case wasnt big enough and they couldnt be bothered with all the paperwork.
Two of workers on my case were dismissed for reasons im not being told going to make my 6th complaint and look in to a law suit for mental distress and miss conduct needs total staff over haul
