I went because the court forces you to get an assessment, and here’s how it works at STOP: Pay 100 for an assessment. 150 for a 4 hour awareness class. 250 for an 8 hour lecture about how you’re an alcoholic and should feel bad about your choices. That may apply to some but not all and not me. At the assessment the ex-drug addicted counselors will take your side and act nice but then turn around and tell the courts that you need 6 months of weekly counseling! “Don’t worry- you’re insurance will cover it” they’ll say. This is how they operate and it’s completely unacceptable! I was lucky enough to get a second opinion assessment at the Tribal Health Authority and only had to take an 8 hour class (and it didn’t cost anything). If the courts force you to take an alcohol assessment: Go Anywhere Else But Here!!!

The front desk receptionist is very rude, and unprofessional. With every question she answered with attitude and sounded like she didn’t even want to be working here.

Renee Delaney was compassionate and so caring about my situation. She helped me with so much along the way. I appreciate how they treat you like a human and not just a case file. We are not our mistakes and I really think Renee shows this in every way. Thank you for all your help and compassion. You are absolutely a god sent and I thank you everyday for what you did for me and my family.

I have had the most up lifting... and positive support.. Renee has done so much to make me feel , that I’m not the only one this happens too . The way she teaches you about getting better .. Is amazing. I love going to her classes .. she is big asset to the company.. and everyone in my class ..

I called on a Thursday to see if they performed the treatment that I needed and that they accepted my insurance. They requested that I come in and fill out paperwork and schedule an appointment. On Friday, I drove 30 mini to the location , filled out paperwork and scheduled an intake appointment for later in the afternoon. They looked at my insurance and said that they accepted it. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and filled out more paperwork. I then waited until 30 minutes past my appointment time as the receptionist and another women talked about their weekend plans.the second lady then called my name. I was in shock that I had been waiting in the lobby as the counselor I was supposed to see talked about her plans for the weekend. I then went back to her office and she asked me if I was paying out of pocket or had insurance. I told her I had insurance and she informed me that they didn’t accept my insurance. I had wasted a total of 2 1/2 hours to be told that they couldn’t help me. If you value your time and sanity, stay as far away from this place as possible. They are incompetent, unprofessional and clearly have no business counseling anyone.
