Absolutely amazing people especially James Landen. He in particular helped me move from Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Austin, Texas and made the process so easy and quick. I wasn't disappointed when I got to my new apartment as it was exactly what the video had shown me and they had cleaned it and made it look amazing! I highly recommend Soco Apartments.

I moved during the COVID-19 pandemic and James did a great job in welcoming me and ensuring I had everything I needed in order to move in. These apartments are really easy to move around, meaning the numbers on the buildings were pretty easy to find. Plus there's not a lot of stairs to tread through. So far, I love living here, as a new resident I had so many questions and all of my questions were answered by James in a timely matter. Even though I didn't have a ormal\ move-in I felt welcomed and I love that. I love my apartment, the complex is nice and quiet. It's a small community so there is not a lot of noise which is great! I love seeing my neighbors and their dogs when I go out. I personally love living in a small complex because it is super easy to get around. Also, the location of the complex is perfect for my job. It is also close to some great bars and restaurants if you want a quick bite. Overall, as I said, I love living here and you should really consider living here!

I could not be happier with this apartment!! The floor plan is amazing. I originally thought it would seem small because of the square footage, but they absolutely made the most out of the space. Kitchen is perfect with all appliances and open to the living room. Laundry room, closet, and bathroom are very spacious. Everyone here is friendly and loves dogs. The front office is extremely helpful and always on top of things. I have always communicated with James, and he is extremely professional and great with getting back to me in a timely manner. Also, this was the absolute cleanest place I have ever moved into. I know Covid has been going on, but it was immaculate when I first walked in! Like, I said, couldn't be happier.

When we were searching for a new home we were dreading it! James is literally the nicest most chill leasing agent I have come across, he made our search so easy that it was a no brainer to lease here! We can’t wait to renew our lease and we’ve only been here a couple of months! The maintenance team is awesome and friendly, they are always surprising us with how quickly they are able to respond to our work orders. Keep up the amazing work!

I moved in mid May of this year and James has been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. With every question or request I get a reply so fast with all the information and help I need. It has been an amazing change from my last apartment.
