It is a nice little park. It was quiet. Oh you may hear the occasional jakes, or far away train whistle, but those things didn't intrude. Clean, had amenities but I didn't use them. I just parked overnight.

Friendly staff, clean grounds spacious sites. All gravel water pressure is high you pay attention. Reasonable rent, quiet nights.

Good spot for overnight. Extreme winds that day. Lots of prickers in our sneakers from just walking on our site, glad we didn't have pets. Ouch.

This is a horrible park with old junk rvs and scary looking hook ups. Mostly 30 amp and don't expect them to return your call.

It is a very simple and basic RV park (all gravel, no grass in sight), but I don't have kids or need/want a KOA-like place or expense. In the fall/winter, you don't need/want trees covering you. So this fits the bill. This is a fairly quiet and basic park with some beautiful sunrises across the desert with mountain views east and west. Trees and picnic tables are shared between most spots. Strong Verizon signal. Can get very inexpensive simple pull-throughs with dump station on the way out. They have monthlyutility rates that are fair (though electricity is expensive in NM....twice what I pay in Montana). Very friendly folks in the office and you can get your hair cut here as well ;) Quiet neighbors, peaceful setting. A couple gas stations nearby and easy on/off highway access. Not a lot of stores or restaurants left, but we are not here for tourism. Fun to hear the occasional explosions rumbling through as the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology is testing explosives....Not next door or disruptive to the stay, but it does bring a smile to my face each time.

Dog poop everywhere as well as burrs.

Surprisingly quiet! Only heard coyotes despite the close proximity to the I-25. Stopped in on a whim -- Class A tow; simple after hours check-in; gravel pull-thrus with FHUs; all the usual amenities; friendly long-termers. No complaints! AT&T 4G 5-bars.
