If you were allowed to give a zero or negative numbers this would be the place to use it. The only positive thing I can say about this place is the bed is a pillow-top and very soft. The room smells nice, but doesn't look like it's been really cleaned in a long time. It looks like there is mold in the shower. I've been here for almost two weeks and I complained about my bed not being made or the trash being taken out for the first three days I've been here. It took them almost a full week to start making the bed and taking out the trash. The tissue paper box ran out the second day and it is still empty. When I complained about it they gave me an extra roll of Toilet paper to use and said they would replace the tissue the next day. I have two more days to go and it is still empty. Speaking of Toilet paper. That was the last extra role I received. I ended up buying my own two days ago. I also complained about the shower curtain rod not being installed correctly and allowing the shower curtain to droop to the middle while taking a shower. since the shower curtain stayed in the middle when I got done with the shower the floor was completely soaked. I told them about it on the second day and the third day. They said they would fix it and never did. I also forgot to mention that the room curtain does not close all the way so you have to use a paper binder (thank you whomever left it there) to keep them closed. While I thought it was just me having these issues, the three other people I work with complained about not having their beds made or trash taken out for the first week we stayed here as well. The biggest problem I have on top of everything else is that this place has BED BUGS.. Now I have to hope I do not take them with me when I go home in two days.

The toilet kept running off and on all night. Very little toilet paper. Stuff peeling off the tub. We could hear the toilet doing the same thing in the next room. Dirty around the base boards. No coffee in room. Will not stay there again.
The room where I stayed was really dusty, especially the a/c unit and the curtains, it actually aggravated my allergies. My room wasn’t cleaned when I requested it to be cleaned. The sink was clogged, with foul smell and it took 2 nights to be fixed from when I reported it. I did not feel safe staying in this hotel. The front desk person was nice, the internet is okay. I will not stay in this hotel ever in my life.
This is not your average Days Inn. It's quite worse. With the exception of the staff, which is friendly, pretty much everything else is a disaster. rooms are not made daily, floor is dirty with chewing gums stuck in the middle of it, appliances on overcharged extension cord, door handle coming loose, water in shower with no thermal regulation and either freezing out sculling. If you have an option, stay clear of it.
This place is disgusting. There was trash outside when I arrived The shower didn't work. I came to ask for help with the shower in the morning and nobody answered. I had to call Wyndham customer service to wake them up. They offered no apology, no refund. I left a complaint and no one ever followed up. Horrible. Stay somewhere else, anywhere else, if you are passing through Socorro.
Service was great but they kept our deposit because they smelled smoke when niether party that was there smoke cigarettes, not even vapes
Terrible. Would not recommend. Not only did we have to switch rooms 3 times for broken beds, shower not having water, sinks clogged but the room they gave us was dirty. The toilet had pee droplets all over it, pubes and hair in the tub, sheets were not changed and full of stains and shower curtain had mold on it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
COVID really my wife got covid from there AND I saw roaches in the walls and on the sink
