Alto Shaam Netherlands is managed by a very knowledgeable former professional chef & business owner who has also worked with my other favorite company (Rational) So he knows more than any sales man or rep! I've always had honest advice no matter if it meant no sale for them, they have always been willing to help. They are more like a partner than a supplier looking for a quick sale and then disappearing. Alto Shaam are the best in the industry without a doubt, I've owned Henny Penny units also but the construction, finish and most importantly the service of Alto Shaam is far far better. The equipment seems expensive at first glance but pays for itself very quickly. If you care about your product, customers, staff and kitchen workflow you have to try one the units. Its quite surprising how one or two units can improve your workflow and reduce costs. In the end I purchased three units, they have been used/abused daily for years and are as solid as the first day i got them! You have nothing to lose giving Alto Shaam a call.
