Great and helpful staff! I have my account in this branch since 2018 and every time, I receive extraordinary customer care from the staff specifically Mr. Thorsten and Mr. Volmer. Even I am not living in Soest anymore, yet; I still have my account in the same branch since they are very quick and responsive on my queries via emails. Recommended!
Great service and people in this branch are very friendly. I am an international student and they have been nice enough to provide service in English. :)
