Slechte ervaring met Expert Soest met product laten bezorgen en extra betalen voor uitpakken, doos meenemen en uitleg hoe het product werkt. Ze wilde weggaan zonder uitleg en toen ik er naar vroeg, duurde de uitleg 1 minuut. Zelfs een deel van de verpakking bleef achter. Ze vlogen binnen en waren ook zo weer weg. Voelde niet prettig. Achteraf zonde van mijn geld. Gebeld met Expert, mijn verhaal werd niet gelooft. Geen prettig telefoongesprek, ik voel mij als klant niet serieus genomen! Ik plaats bijna nooit een review, alleen als het een goede is, maar nu wel omdat het echt niet goed voelt. Ik koop niet meer bij Expert!
