The Scientific and Technical Union of Power Engineers in Bulgaria (STUPE) is an association uniting experts and companies that work in the energy sector. Among STUPE’s objectives are facilitating cooperation, increasing the competence, and supporting the education, research, and development in the energy sector. The association organizes the annual scientific conference “Energy Forum” and issues the scientific journal of the same name.
