I've been going to Soiree for a few years and have enjoyed the cuts that I've gotten. I recently decided to try to spice things up with a balayage. I had not altered the color of my hair in the last 16 years and was nervous so I popped in one day to speak with them and learned that the process could be done without bleach. I scheduled an appointment for around 10 days later with my regular stylist and came prepared with the photos of what I wanted, something relatively subtle. She informed me that bleach was the way to go but that Aveda bleach was less harmful than other bleach (thankful for this). I was nervous during the process but was assured everything would work out. In the end, it was definitely less subtle than I had expected and they offered to correct it. I tried adding photos to this review but they are not showing with the review. The photos on the left are the actual photos I took with me to the salon (what I was hoping to end up with) and the photo on the right is my hair 3 days after the appointment (after my first wash with a color safe shampoo) and after they attempted to correct it by darkening the top a bit. I lived with it like this for a few weeks but it just kept getting further and further away from what I had hoped for so I opted to use a gloss to get my hair closer to what I was actually hoping for. Although it's not exactly what I wanted, it is better now. It has definitely been a learning experience. I still give them 3 stars because it's a nice atmosphere, the shampoos are amazing, the cuts have been good, and because ultimately, taking the risk in altering the color of my hair was one I decided to take so I can't hold them completely responsible for the less than ideal outcome.

I dunno. It's ok. Bit to pricy for me. I'm not a fan of expensive hair cuts though.

I love Soiree I’ve been coming to Soiree since Ashley came here. Everything is perfect. I can relax prior to my appointment. The hair wash feels great. I look forward to the hot towel. I’ve always had the best cuts from Ashley. It sounds odd but my husband cannot be negative about the style. If he does I have to get another stylist. It’s very old fashioned of him, but I need to abide by his rules.I do enjoy your products. They are kind to my hair. So this is my love of your business.

It got me in last minute and now you're getting my fiance and just in time for a wedding since we both got colder in here and I'm going to be able to get my nails done as well write the day before and they did a great job
