Traditional Korean place. Our host recommended it. You get a set menu (need to order for at least 2 persons) for around 10k - it's a mix of small dishes, mostly veggies and some fish. Some of it was not for me but overall a nice experience.

This place was great for an easy, cheap meal. You can get the standard stew and it comes with all the side dishes and barley rice for less than 10,000. It's a big meal. Plus, it's within easy walking distance of the Sokcho Bus Terminal.

Come here, order the 정식 (jung-shik) for 8000, you'll be in for a treat. Most things are organic, fresh, and really delicious. Hope you aren't put off by the 청국장 (a variety of the soybean paste) smell. They also serve 식혜 (shik-hae) for free :)

청국장 정식을 보리밥으로 먹었다. 아침 8시부터 시작이라 아침으로 먹기에도 좋아. 11,000원 가격에 이 정도면 속초 여행 중에 한번은 가볼만하다고 봐. 물론 청국장냄새는 호불호겠지.
청국장 정식 쵝오였습니다. 시설면에서도 정갈하고 깔끔하고 음식맛도 좋고요. 사장님 인심도 후하고. 다른분들 여행시 꼭 들러서 식사하고 가세요. 강츄!!!
아주 깔끔한 곳을 원하시는 분께 강추 합니다. 우선 코로나 시대에 맞추어 테이블별 투명 칸막이가 되어있으며, 수저도 전부 개별 포장되어 있습니다. 저희는 청국장 정식을 먹었는데 나오는 반찬들이 전부 깔끔하고 맛있었네요. 급히 먹느라 사진을 못 찍었는데 아무튼 강추 드립니다.
