It's a bus terminal so don't expect much lol. Nice enough I guess. I had some trouble with the locker machine, but I got the help I needed and after that it was kind of neat to use, although the machine needs to be upgraded to take card payments in my opinion. The staff were nice and patient. Also don't get this place confused with the express terminal.

good service when buying the tickets! The toilets are clean and there are luggage-lockers and ticket vending machines. You can buy the tickets at the counter too! Outside there’s a tourist info center with maps and helping staff! Took the night bus from Sokcho to Busan(50k), which runs at 10/11PM and takes 6 hours.
It's a small terminal. They don't seem to have as many options as other terminals. Of course there is a bathroom and a small store which is similar to a convenience store. There is seating. If you want to get the bus to Sorakson, you have to walk for maybe 10 minutes or less. You can ask someone in the terminal for directions.
Good place easy to transfer any city
As a small city, it has quite organized bus terminal. clean and easy to recognize the platforms where people have to take the bus. The directions are clearly written and easy to find.
Well labeled and small enough to navigate.
A bit old and dated, but it serves its purpose.
Eniugh public bus lines, not enough public bus system with difficult bus numbering (like 1-1). Inner building structure is clean and moderate. Near to traditional market.
