I am writing on behalf of my elderly parents who had engaged solar hart Hervey Bay to install solar panels and a Solahart hot water system in May 2020. Unfortunately they have no relatives living close to them and it wasn't until March 2021 that I was cleaning out the unit to find an electricity bill which I queried (it should have been a very low amount or in credit if solar was working). I found out that there had been a wiring fault on install and when it was rectified it was never reported to Ergon to change the meter, therefore for the last 11 months the solar has NOT been generating any electricity. My parents were remunerated an insignificant amount of money only to find out today that it still is not connected due to another main switch wiring fault from Solahart. I cannot stress enough to check and recheck your bills and make sure that the job is completed correctly. Please do not think that just because you engage a large company that the work will be completed correctly.

The best part of Solahart Hervey Bay is their customer support. I had some issues after the installation and Gilly has been very helpful in ensuring that those were properly looked after ASAP. Keep doing a great job guys!!!

Purchased a complete system to replace a substandard system from a previous supplier. We could not be happier with either the sales staff, installers and most importantly the power generation from the panels. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Not happy with pushy sales tactics. Don't go with these guys just because they're a big company. Plenty of other very trustworthy companies out there.
