Great service from Anton. I spoke to him on the phone before finalizing the order. He said the courier would be expensive and got a quote for me. Between the two of us we decided it was more time and cost effective for me to take a drive to his shop. When I had an installation hiccup I phoned him and he helped me. Great customer service.

If you want a stress free shopping experience, take your money elsewhere! My online experience and subsequent customer service with this company was very very frustrating. Placed an order for batteries which I was later told (5days later) were out of stock despite this not being indicated when I checked out and paid online. I was forced to wait for the batteries to be in stock. As if waiting for nearly two weeks wasn't enough, I was told they do not deliver - again this was not reflected on the website even though they had asked for a delivery address at the initial checking out. The lady I was dealing with over the phone assured me she would send the batteries by an 'overnight' courier if I paid an additional courier charge. I paid the additional courier charge and 10 days later my batteries have not been delivered. Any attempts to follow up with Solar Panel Energy over the phone were received with rudeness - the lady who was helping me told me "you are not the only customer!" and was told "they do not work for the courier people - strangely this woman did not think her responses to me were rude. Still waiting for the batteries at time of writing this review. UPDATE Eventually received my batteries after 3 months of chasing and threatening legal action.

I made an order online for a complete system and paid, forgot to include a1 battery. Was told the inverter is out of stock! They don’t answer the phone, tell me they are busy! The lady is very very rude! I’ve requested a refund! Do not consider buying here! I’m warning you

We bought 2x 200 ah allgrand batteries from them, after seven months the batteries suddenly drained the power fast. We did not overload the batteries, so we went to them with the batteries and they said there is nothing wrong with the batteries. We charged the batteries a put 1x 100w globe through the inverter, it still had a voltage of 12.8 at 90minutes and then it drained the battery within minutes. The person said it was the inverter so we bought a new one. The battery carries a guarantee of one year but it seems they are not interested in exchanging them allthough we said we will proof that it is the batteries by connecting it in their shop. This is a shop that does not care about the customer just to make money.
