My solar panels were installed by another company. After the hailed last Summer I needed to replace my roof shingles. My original company refused to remove and install them again due to short of staff. I searched for a new company then I found Solar YYC. Alex helped me a lot to put then back to work. I am happy with his workmanship and dedication. Highly recommended.

project: 24kW project; rooftop; red deer, ab. installed late 2020. I was able to interview a few companies for our prospective project. Most of them came in at almost the exact dollar amount. so it was a matter of quality and timing. Solar YYC stood out. They were willing to educate me fully on products and services. In fact, one of the educational items was extremely beneficial in that it made the project even more affordable (ask them to tell you about the solar co-op). Alexander was EXTREMELY communicative. he let me know how the progress was coming every step of the way. this is extremely important when i'm trying to juggle the site, people, my time, etc. so even when there was a small setback, i was quite fine because they kept me so informed, i had time to react and work around it. education; they were very helpful in showing me how the system worked, how to service and review the performance, etc. Long-term follow-up; above and beyond. even though it would me zero benefit to them, SolarYYC was able to include me in dialogue on funding for the project that was already bought & paid for...and we may be seeing a substational rebate because of the care for their client. we also had a small electrical hiccup; and they were extremely responsive to get it remedied within hours of telling them. would recommend solar yyc; and in fact, i've already reached out to them for a second installation project that we're currently working on.
