Lived here two and a half years. They changed email addresses without notifying tenants and didnt forward the old one. My request to renew lease was never received, and I had to find a new place on very short notice. The \gym\ is a treadmill and a couple weights attached to the office. The \pool\ is smaller than a tennis court and in the community next door. Maint was good, apartments are older and cheaper, but acceptable. Issue is roaches. Every single unit is infested and its uncontrollable. You do your best but when your only extermination option is to basically vacate the unit until the smog clears its not realistic- especially when this is an income subsidized property. Check behind the fridge and in the gaps between cabinets. Parking enforcement is extremely predatory. The moment anything expires they will grab you, including safety- normally if your safety inspection expires in Jan, you have until February 1st to get it done. Not here, they'll tow you to a lot miles away and charge you 180 cash only to get it back. Its actually illegal to operate as a cash only business as a towing agency with more than 50k a year in revenue, but they do it anyway. If you want to pay card, the machine is always broken and you'll have to wait a week for them to fix it- in which time they charged you another 700 in storage fees. Exiting the unit has been a nightmare. My final bill is overcharged by at least 470, the invoice has the same final rent date charges plus fees listed twice, but I've already paid that amount and they confirmed this with me. And that's just the obvious mistake, they've been absolutely silent and non-communicative after I made the issue clear. I was promised receipts, pictures, etc- I received nothing. They gave me 30 days to pay but they've taken more than 30 just to update the invoice.

I’ve been here for 2 weeks and I HATE it here. I can’t wait until this lease is up. Please don’t come here! They have roaches and my car was towed from a property that I PAY to live! If I could break this lease I would!

I hate the way the operate, I was thinking to renew the lease but after my wife's car was towed because she changed the licences plate name, but nobody told her to notified to the office to change the sticker, the car had 4 month like that, so how are we going to know it? the only response is You have to pay 160.00, I understood they have a business with the towing company. For that reason you live there afraid because one day you go out and it will not be where you left it parked.

Great staff! The ladies in the office are welcoming and helpful. Awesome place to live ! Convient to I-66 and Bull Run Shopping Center. Thats why I have renewed for my 3rd year!
