Hands down, the most amazing and gifted prosthetic guy

I went to see Eric, the Owner, for Orthotic. My issue was minimal, but by deductible was meant and was told by is office staff that my insurance covered them ( so I would have little to pay); so I got a pair. I had to pay a 150.00 deposit to get them made, but once again was told I would receive most of it back after they billed my insurance. Fast- foward 8 months and I get a bill from his office stating I owe them around 400. I call to talk to a manger there to ask about it, and she states, " Sorry, its not a covered benefit under your plan." They did nothing to help me when they were in the wrong, telling me my deductible was meant and they were covered. I tried to talk to Eric about the issue, but got no return calls. Very dishonest clinic, and I felt scammed into get something by being told it was covered. Yes, i know I should have called my insurance company myself, but when his office said they did, I didn't think I had too.
