The receptionist is always cheerful and helpful. The nursing staff is very attentive to the things my kids go on and on about. We love Dr Walden!

Awesome pediatricians. They have always taken great care of our daughter. They are pretty booked up so you have to make appointments well in advance but there’s probably a reason for that. A lot of personal care and patience with children. I’m thinking the rest of these reviews are people who just like to not be happy no matter what’s going on. Bonus: they handled all our issues with tricare which can be a real hassle.

Extremely rude receptionist. Was told when I arrived that my check in time was earlier than what they’d told me when I made the appointment AND when they called the day before. This happened at my sons two week and 2 month check ups. Not what a mom of a brand new baby and a toddler needs. They’ve lost my business for good.

Will not go back. My son has pink eye which they diagnosed, we left for vacation and I forgot the drops and they would not call in another prescription and said I needed to see a dr nearby. Absolutely ridiculous!

Well it appears Practice not accepting new patients even though stated they are on website. I guess one Doctor leaving practice so limits them on seeing new patients.
