I have had the privilege of working with both Lydia and Molly in different capacities over the past year. I see Lydia for individual counseling and Molly for couples counseling with my husband. Both I have found to be genuine professionals that are intimately committed to truly helping others foster a sense of self and confidence while processing and healing past experiences that torment in the present. They are incredibly knowledgeable and offer a variety of resources and references for the work they do with each client. They continue to educate themselves in current counseling processes such as EMDR, IFS, and many other techniques allowing for fluid adaptation to the clients needs and processing preferences. At Wild Goose there is a stress free no pressure atmosphere making clients feel at ease to move at their pace and in the ways that best suite them.
