Very good experience! I swapped a 5kg Patio Gas bottle for a 13kg bottle (refill) in the hope that I wouldn’t have refill so often, however once it was delivered I realised it wouldn’t fit in my BBQ. Fortunately I called them the next day and they were very understanding, arranged a swap the same day for a 5kg bottle and refunded the difference. Very impressed with their customer service!
Very quick to deliver next day and reliable. Also gave us a refund straight away after we'd over ordered our bottles. Will use again in future without question
Ordered twice from this local company - decent prices and include delivery. Bottle delivered the next day both times (first one was delivered on the Saturday of a bank hol weekend too). Superb, speedy service! Thanks
Great company, last year I needed a bottle urgently for my wife's birthday, ordered and arrived next day just in time! And now 3rd April decided to have a \lockdown\ BBQ, so ordered a refill at around 9pm, arrived today (next day) by 11am. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys. Side note: Their prices are very good too!
