I placed the order on Friday, on Monday the scaffolding was up and the work took less than 2 days to complete. When finished, all of the waste and materials were removed and the garden left clean & tidy. Well done Adam Askey!

Had a door-to-door call after Storm Doris as we had lost a crest piece and tile from our roof so thought it worth getting a quote. Sales chap David was very efficient and friendly and the work was fitted in relatively quickly. The two roofers, although given the wrong images so didn't have the correct tile to start with, returned just a short time later and carried out the work quickly and efficiently.

Lost a few tiles courtesy of Doris. A representative came over very promptly, to give me a rankly ludicrous quote - 1000 for 6 tiles (I am not joking). He seemed surprised I wasn't very keen and suggested he could lift and re-set all of them for a mere 4K! So I called a different local provider, who is sorting it all for 380. Call them by all means, but for the love of God get three quotes!

There were some complexities to the job but ever professional throughout, the team made sure a quality finish was delivered. Despite taking longer than originally anticipated, I was pleased having selected reliable tradesman who work to high standards.

I contacted Adam Askey to request a flat roof repair. I was recommended a new rubber roof. I was not familiar with rubber roofs and asked for a description and example. The salesman said 'I don't know what to say!' several times, and when I insisted on more information he promised to get back to me. After several days I called him again and he said 'I forgot'. After complaining I was put on to another person who was extremely good and brought an example along to show me. Halfway through the work, on a Friday afternoon, I was told by the roofers that they would return first thing on the following Monday morning. They did not. After calls to the head office they arrived at 1pm. I had a serious hospital appointment on Tuesday morning, had it been on Monday we should have had to go and there would have been no access or electricity for the roofers. Apparently the Operations Admin. told the roofers to go elsewhere, but did not have the courtesy to tell us. Communications at Adam Askey Operations management is lamentable. The office support staff have to chase up behind them to try and help the customer as much as they can. So office support staff and roofers are very good, Operations staff are very poor. All this despite the fact that I am a previous customer. *Update* Following on from the above review I should like to point out that I had reason to report a minor matter for repair on the 4th April 2017. Karen the Office Manager arranged a prompt the repair the same morning. This was very good customer service. Also credit where it is due, Karen allocated Dan the Installation Manager to arrange the flat roof installation which he did very well. Barbara from Office Support was very helpful in improving communications within Adam Askey, and Stuart and Daniel the roofers did an excellent job.
