My husband purchased an approved, used Honda Jazz. from Listers showroom Solihull. Bobbi was our appointed sales person. He was warm, polite and very efficient. We were offered coffee from a machine due to Covid restrictions. which was very welcome on a cold winter's day. The process of purchase was seamless. Every detail was explained thoroughly and copies of all the agreement papers provided for our records.No hard sell. Found the additional warranty affordable and gave us peace of mind for the next three years. The presentation of the vehicle was excellent both interior and exterior and the test drive went without a hitch. When we collected the Jazz, Bobbi took the time to explain all of the dashboard icons and tuned in the radio for us before we set off for home. All this in 24hours. What an excellent turnaround. Highly recommend.

From the time I contacted Mitchell at Honda in Solihull the service and customer service has been excellent. My previous Honda dealership had closed and they had not carried out update work on my satnav as requested several times. Mitchell and Technician Sam sorted this out along with a service and first MOT for me today with ease and I was kept informed at every stage. The delivery driver was also very polite - my first contact with this dealership and I am very happy with the service I received. Thank you.
