Mixed review really as the staff are lovely and feel quite safe being here with the covid scares. However the waiting time is ridiculous, 5 hours and still haven’t been sorted. Sent from doctor to doctor, each wait being over 2 hours...just doesn’t make sense!

Having had no luck with IPL treatments for my MGD, I emailed this clinic trying to get an understanding if they treat the upper and lower lids, or just the lowers as most do. A one sentence reply advising to get my facial rosacea treated - ridiculous.. did not even read the email where I included two basic questions The next Dr I go with for my eyes, I will be spending 1000 plus for treatment, I expect a few basic initial questions to not be too much hassle. Poor experience, go to another clinic

I would like to say a massive thankyou to Mr Ankur Barua and his team Herj and Jen at Midland Eye Solihull. I have gone from having a real high stigmatisum in both eyes and being very short sighted to having 20/20 vision in both eyes its truly life changing for me, I am extremely excited about the future being an equestrian and body builder its going to be truly amazing to do all the things I love without glasses, so I am enternaly grateful for my new eyes thankyou. The world is a brighter one xx
