We asked for mortgage advice from Oak Tree Mortgages because we had an age related problem that our existing mortgage provider could not assist us with, despite having banked with them for many years. Oak Tree Mortgages responded in a very professional and friendly manner and were able to secure a much improved mortgage deal for us. Their understanding of our particular situation, knowledge of the current market and ability to apply that knowledge in order to respond to our circumstances was excellent throughout. Great service once again from Wes, thank you. This is the second time we've used Wes from Oak Tree Mortgages. I got an \exclusive customer\ offer from my bank for a new mortgage rate and they wanted an advanced payment. Wes had already been in touch to start reviewing our options and managed to get us an even better rate from that same bank with no advanced payment, proof that going direct isn't always the best value for money. Very easy process all smooth and will definitely be in touch with Wes when our current fixed rate expires.
