Horrible service. Had to return a parcel at UPS and he told me he couldn't scan all 3 parcels so had to put it into two. Then when I asked for cello tape to tape it up he said I had to buy my own cello tape. As I'm then doing my cello tape for the parcel he says very rudely tidy it up. Horrible service from the store manager
