Despite the showroom being shut at the moment due to covid we were given a great deal of help from Tom who went out of his way to describe items to us and provide us with all the information required to make a selection. It's a really nice showroom to visit, beautiful products of high quality. Thank you!

I've been into Porcelanosa on two occasions - the first to check out the quality and choice of the tiles available and the second visit with my wife to shortlist the tiles we were looking to buy. During the second visit we dealt with a young man called Tom Lowe (not the other Tom who is the manager), who was super friendly and couldn't have been more helpful regarding our choice of size tiles. He arranged to order sample tiles for the wall and floor and these were collected from their depot in Solihull, but at first glance these were not suitable so I called him at the branch and he arranged for an exchange of colour and size immediately. We were also advised of a future 40% sale and waited for this to happen before placing our order with Tom who checked and double checked our measurements before placing the order. All in all a truly professional service by Tom.

Been visiting the store today to get some tiles then I was told to collect them from their depo by birmingham airport had to wait more then a hour for it the service is absolutely shambolic
