Amazing area and great help from Bromford Housing! The area is nice and clean except the odd but of dirt/dust on my car due to the building. Have seen the police twice on the estate due to the new rentals and council houses but other than that it’s an amazing area! Loving the access to Dickens Heath only 5 minutes away. Could do with a corner shop on the estate but other than that it’s amazing! We live on Mulberry Grove and it’s lovely and quiet.

We’ve lived for over a year now and love it. The estate doesn’t feel crammed in like a lot of new builds and there’s hardly any traffic noise as the motorway, whilst easily accessible, is far enough away. I’m unsure about all the rubbish issues as that certainly hasn’t been our experience both around our plot and driving through. There’s a lovely community feel on the estate and the village of Tidbury Green. We’re looking forward to the Brunning & Price pub being built nearby as that will add a much needed local meeting point. For shops and local services it’s only a short drive or 15 minute walk to Wythall or Dickens Heath. The train station at Whitlocks end is also only a 15/20 minute walk and is on the Birmingham to Stratford line. The local schools are excellent and there is a school bus pick up & drop off near the cross roads for the Secondary schools.

Nice estate but its a nightmare for binmen I work on Tidbury on Wednesdays and there's always side waste and rubbish everywhere dumped in the wrong bins

After living here for over a year, being one of the first residents I have learnt one lesson.. never move in to a new build. 4th time this week the kids on this estate on their bikes have done wheelies in front of my car and blocked me from driving and getting where I need to be. What a dive this place is, full of naughty children and parents who don't care, leaving their 10 year old kids to play outside late at night. Cars being stolen left right and centre, big regret!! Don't move here!
