I was born and raised in the Netherlands and am currently living in Germany. I have two small boys (5 and 3) and together with my husband , we live in a small renovated farmhouse in a town called Solingen (near Düsseldorf and Cologne). When I created my first piece of jewelry, I was not really thinking of making a business out of it. I was searching for a name bracelet with the names of my two boys on it and could not find what I was looking for. I decided to make one my self (never really having made any piece of jewelry before...) and on my quest for the perfect bracelet I came across so many beautiful gem stones, pearls and beads that I bought (almost) all of them. I still had not actually found the right stones for my bracelet, but now I had so many beads and pearls, I just started creating. Not too long after, most of the first designs I had made where sold to neighbors and friends who where (and still are) delighted by my talent (which I really did not know I had...). And so the idea to design jewelry for a living was born. So here I am now. Besides from selling online, I hold jewelry parties at other peoples houses and organize showrooms here at my place. I am often asked to create custom pieces for my clients. I teach jewelry making workshops and you can book me for your little girls birthday party too.
