I have absolutely amzing experience with Kaps. I have bought ice skates,but i did not realise they both are right shoes and different sizes.I have contacted Kaps and they asked me to send the pictures of ice skates to them and also ice skate which i wanted to change. The right (left )shoe came within few days. absolutely amazing, great, fabulouse customer service. Thank you very,very,very much!!You are great!

Meine Mutter hat lange überlegt wo sie sich einen neues kettler laufgerät nach deren insolvenz besorgt. Nach zwei Gesprächen mit Kaps hat sie sich dafür entschieden dieses bei kaps zu kaufen. Da diese ihr vor Ort Service versprochen haben. Nun ist tatsächlich nach 12 Monaten das Display defekt. Und sie bekommt lediglich den Kontakt eines Händlers, der kettler Geräte kostenpflichtig reparariert. Vielen Dank. Der Online-Kauf des Gerätes wäre besser gewesen: Service nicht schlechter und Preis günstiger.
