We went kayaking and canoeing on a 4 hour beginner trip and it was fabulous! The water is clear so you can see way to the bottom (which is mucky much of the trip with some nice sandy spots to stop along the way). The water is also very cold and feels refreshing on a hot day! There were a few rapid that were a blast and not difficult to navigate at all!
