Perfekter Service, vielen Dank nochmal

Nicht mal 5 min Zeit nehmen um 1 Glühbirne zu wechseln nur weil der Kunde in ihrer Mittagspause gestört hatte. Von 12:00 - 13:00 Uhr ist Mittagspause und niemand von der Werkstatt möchte sich dann um 1 Kunden kümmern. Totale Inkompetenz der Mitarbeiter, die Pause hätte ja wohl auch noch nachgeholt werden können.
