I have been to a few places like this in England.. I was surprised they charge an entrance fee for adults. I paid for the privilege of sitting around for hours... There was nothing much to do for the older kids unless you pay extra for each machine or table.. I think myself and 3 kids spend over 40 euro in total for a couple of hours of boredom..the free coffee was rather disappointing : a small cup from a flask :/.. In England adults and kids over 12 are free since they don't really play.. Therefore the place is always packed and busy. Mums use it as a meeting up point and ppl spend more on food and coffees like lattes and cappuccino .. This place was empty and boring
From the outside it doesn't look like much. The front is dated. When inside I was surprised at how big it was. The kids enjoyed themselves. It was I feel a bit expensive for entry and also all the extras inside cost extra for example table football and hockey and the ride on cars. Everything was safe and I didn't need to worry too much about the kids hurting themselves. In all not too bad and we will probably visit again.
They were so welcoming and helpful. The price for what you get is great and the variety of toys are fantastic. I speak German, so this is an English review based on my German interaction. Not sure if they would also talk English. Highly recommended for the family.
Very good to have kids birthdays it's an ideal place for that
