I have been coming here to Joy Cleaners for over year and half and so far, and I can honestly say I am amazed by their service. Very detailed with with their work and everything is on time. Love it!!!!!

Been coming here for years!! Love Joy Cleaners!!!! They put a lot of effort into their work and do their best for the customer. My suits, my daughters' dresses, including their prom dresses, were all taken care of flawlessly and I couldn't be more satisfied. They are friendly and care a lot about doing good work.
They are overpriced, take FOREVER to do a tiny job and provide extremely poor customer service...very rude...not to mention that a 20 dollar minimum for a debit card is excessive

Overpriced and poor customer service. Dropped off cleaning and presented a coupon only to be told that you need to give it in when you pick up/pay. Try to do that and told that you need to give the coupon when dropping off...woman wouldn't budge. Also 20 minimum to use a credit card is nuts!
This place changes its counter staff every 2-3 years it seems like, even though the cleaning staff seems to stay the same. They do a good job (dry) cleaning my shirts and pants, they can be on the expensive side for certain items. Small alterations are done quite well.
They are okay... a bit pricey for their services...
i too took shirts to this cleaners. Upon inspection at home I relaized that the shirts we not cleaned. It seem they pressed the shirts with out cleaning them firts. I really could not understand why a cleaners will do some thing like that. Dont they them selves inspect the clothing before returning it to their customers
