I have never had a pleasant experience buying a vehicle from a dealer until my last purchase from Stateline Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram in Somerset MA. I found the truck I was interested in online and traveled from my home in Connecticut to look at it. From the moment I walked into the dealership and was introduced to Jamie McNeill, their Sales Professional, I was treated more like a friend than a customer. Our negotiations were spirited but never confrontational. In the end both of us were satisfied that the deal was what we both wanted. Like most people I find the car buying process painful at best. When we went to test drive a used vehicle at Stateline Jeep I was prepared for the worst. From the moment we first met Kim C. I felt very comfortable. She was extremely attentive to our needs and got questions answered immediately. Kim explained the process simply and made sure everything went smoothly even when some bumps in the road surfaced. She constantly kept us updated even on her days off.
