Went in with some questions about paint and we were assisted by a knowledgeable and professional gent called Patrick. Actually came here directly from another building supplies store where we really couldn't get answers and they weren't that interested. Thx Builders...appreciate your staff and customer service ethic.

Nice place, lots to find under one roof. Staff need to be more attentive and involved. You literally have to shop for the relevant assistant before you can actually shop

2 hours in the store cause half an hour was spent waiting to get help as only 2 tellers were there on a busy day. Another half hour spent trying to pay for my order as the teller didnt know how to use the teller. Another hour waiting for my material as some staff said it would take days and others hours. Well I'm parked here and am not going anywhere until I get the same treatment as white people get cause the money we use is the same colour.

Good and friendly service. This is a large warehouse filled to the brim with building supplies, paint, garden furniture, bathroom accessories, lights, braai equipment and much more. They also have a very nice garden centre with plants at reasonable prices. Their parking is secure and safe.
