Was looking forward to a nice plate of good quality seafood but was left very disappointed. The calamari was soggy and just on the verge of being cooked, the prawns tasted metallic, the rice was old and the chips were old and some were raw! No compensation offered by manager. Need I say more? Oh yes, my partner also got a mild case of food poisoning after having the sushi. Needless to say, we won't be coming back. Ocean basket down the road can probably do you a better plate of food at a better price too...

I went for lunch on 1 January - table for 4. My Savannah was warm and replaced with another warm Savannah. No utensils for Sushi. Fish was tasteless and the service ...... unable to communicate or even make eye contact. All the Staff are slow and the manager is on his phone, the whole time. He saw us getting up to get utensils but just ignored it. Upon leaving we told the front lady and she just replied. Sorry but please try us again. Sorry guys, you will be closing doors sooner than you think. Never will I or my friends or their friends come again.

Typically good sushi as one expects from this chain. Pretty location. They do not have a sushi conveyor belt, so turn-around times a bit slower than in other CTFMs. They are definitely over staffed... while our server was attentive, many waitresses were disinterested in customers, chatted to each other and on their phones. We will go again.

I had the Monday night Fish n Chips special for R50. I upsides from a 200gm portion to a 280gm portion for an extra R20. Had the fish grilled and chose a vegetable side. Must say that the meal was superb to say the least. Will definitely be going back.

Disappointing to say the least. Stay away from the smoked salmon and avo salad. Not even offcuts but inedible grey skin. Even a piece of fin to add crunch! 4 pieces of hard avo to round things off. Manager helpful but really need to pull things together. Used to be such a good iconic restaurant. Great position.
