Mark was extremely helpful in re-activating my cell c number after returning from overseas. He had seen to everything from data, internet and air bundles within no time at all. I am extremely grateful for the splendid service rendered. Well done!!!!

We've been waiting two weeks to receive my phone from my contract upgrade. First they sold the phone "accidentally" then failed to notify us TWICE that it hadn't arrived and we had to drive all the way in just to find out it wasn't there. I have had to phone every day to find out what's going on. They promise me it will get here on Tuesday, then Friday, then Monday. I phone today only to hear today that it will actually only get here next month! They can't even tell me if we can still get it at the agreed upon discount. No apologies. Your staff really don't care about your customers. This is the worst service.

Worse service! We were miss informed and miss guided by a consultant named Aisha - sold us a 20GB contract but never mentioned 10GB daytime and 10GB NIGHT TIME - we signed the contract in good faith! The manager is innefficient, and never called us back when he was supposed to - We had to keep on calling and going back there with our complaint - Keep away from this store and when dealing with CellC make sure you don't get screwed like we did! One star rating is too much - wish there was a Half star option on this website!

Goodday. Initially i thought cell c at Somerset Mall had let me down after being a customer for quite some time. The salesperson who dealt with my problem gave me the worse customer service ive ever experienced . He was unattentive non compasionate. A terrible listener. His name is Mark. I nearly cancelled my 3 contracts at cell c. But these following 3 people restored my faith in cell c . Firstly the Assistant manager is a great manager. He listened to my complaint. Made no judgement. The best customer service i got from him. Mr Ashig Abrahams. Its people like him that makes customers go back to the store over and over again. Then Miss Sharon Ann Manuel. She was very compasionate. She really showed a caring attitude. And she was going out of her way to help me. People like her should work with customers day and night. Then Mr. SUdley Adams for giving me the best advice when i asked him for advice. Very honest guy. Friendly and attentive. Thanks guys you 3 is what will make me stay with cell c for a long time. But people liek Mark should not be working with customers. He pre judged. Made a decision before i consulted the manager. His not a peoples person. Thanks Cell C Mrs. C Coetzee
