I buy a lot of my jackets here. I love the quality of their jackets. In general their sweats tend to create pills which annoy me to no end. However, the suits, jackets and t-shirts are ace!

Hi I visited the store in January, I was help as fast as I got to the store. I however have a problematic product I purchased in January. It’s a backpack, the handles on the one side is loose, stitching is coming apart. I have tried calling the store but I am not getting hold of anyone. The phone just rings. I do not have the slip but I purchased with my credit card and have a statement with the purchase. Can this purchase be traced by you. Can someone get back to me and let me know what I should do. The bag is not useable at the moment.
