It's OK, service is satisfactory.. But I wouldn't say that they go out of their way to help you. They also don't answer the phone.

They don't answer there phones, I've called 8 times already today and no one is answering the phone.. Not very pleased with thqt

Incompetent staff who don’t know the first thing about customer service, rather take the time and go to the MTN at the mall unless you want to get irritated and frustrated with low levels of service. It’s no wonder their google ratings are so low. Definitely needs an intervention from Head Office.

I live in Cape Town, so no where near this centre, but I was in the area and knew I was due an upgrade... I talked to one of the staff and liked the possible new contract, but went home to discuss it with my husband. The next day I drove out to this store, because I believe in loyalty – I could have gone to an MTN nearby, but I didn’t. When I arrived there I explained I want to go ahead with this new Mobile device and Made for me plan, but I want a specific Booster bundle added. He agreed to it, and made me sign the contract. He then disappeared to do the upgrade, and came back later to tell me that this specific booster bundle is R135, not R69 as in the brochure. I argued about that, but he insisted and told me about T&C and small print, and a lot of other stupid arguments. I asked him to cancel the contract, for this is not what I asked for when I walked into the store. The same afternoon I went to MTN in Canal Walk, and they immediately understood and gave me the exact deal I asked for, including the Booster bundle for R69. I was VERY happy with the service at Canal Walk, but angry at the way the staff treated me at Waterstone Village. Either they lied to me, or they have no clue what they are doing, but they treated me as if I (the customer) was wrong, when THEY had it all wrong, for how else could another store immediately help me with the exact thing I asked for? People like this give MTN a bad name...

Grant was very friendly and helpful and Waterstone MTN is never as busy as Somerset Mall, so you get quick service :)

Absolutely shockingly BAD service!!!!!!! You can fire Ashlynn and Grant because the are telling lies ALL the time!!!!!! Wanted to buy airtime, they have not got airtime to buy!!! They sit there and play with their cellphones all the time, instead of doing their job!!!!!!! I am furious!!!!!!!!!! A week ago i went to buy a wifi package, would've been ready in a day, never got a phone call from her, then my son went on Saturday, personally into the shop and spoke to Grant and he said that its still pending, she has not finished something and I must come in on Monday at 1pm and all will be sorted. I went there just now and nothing has been done. If you dont sort this problem out ASAP I'm going to the newspapers that I can tell you. I'm not going to leave it here. Actually no stars i can give them!!!!
