I twice had poor service from this store. When returning an unused shower arm that was not used for something else (within the return period), you get charged a 15% restocking fee. Then the second time I wanted credit on a faulty bottle trap. The washer was cracked and I didn't want a refund just my money back. The manager is very arrogant and the one staff member actually agreed with me when I had the complaint of their poor service. There are better places in terms of customer service and pricing such as CP&B , Classic Bathrooms or even Builders Warehouse. I worry about the one Hans Grohe tap I bought from them as if something happens with the 15 year warranty I really do not want to deal with them again.

Will never buy anything from ON TAP again (Somerset West branch)! The only supplier that we have used through our whole bathroom renovation that have made it so difficult to return an item. And then go and charge a 15% handling fee.
