My son attends Owlets nursery, part of the King Ina Academy. The staff are brilliant and have been incredible with my son. He loves it there. My son has complex long term medical issues and as parents we have been very nervous about him being in someone else's care even for a matter of hours. The staff their have gone above and beyond to understand his requirements and to give him the help and support he needs. Recently he has fallen ill on two occassions while at nursery (due to his pre-existing medical condition). On both occasions an ambulance has been required as he has fallen unconscious. This is an incredibly stressful and scary situation for anyone to be in and I was amazed at how well all the staff dealt with it. Their fast, methodical and professional approach to a sudden and highly stressful situation potentially saved my sons life. They have been very modest and put it down to doing their job but they went above and beyond to help my son for which I cannot thank them enough. I would highly recommend this nursery.
